The Neon Glowing Angel

Meet Neon_Evelan, my anthro zafara. Took me 7 hours to get this done as I had a hard time choosing her colours. But she's finished and OPEN for roleplay! I don't remember the artist or character but it helped give me a good idea of what to put on Evelan.
